We are currently seeking a proven sales leader to guide a high-performing Cloud application sales team to record sales and customer success. As we continue to launch new Calix Cloud solutions, we are at the point where explosive growth is demanding we hire a proven sales leader to create and execute against the vision and strategy for our Calix Marketing Cloud and Revenue EDGE ever-expanding sales teams.
You will lead a team of sales leaders who are responsible for leading their teams to sell into new Tier 1, 2 and 3 accounts along with established Calix customers. You will also work with Calix Product and Marketing Leadership to define the next generation of analytics-based cloud solutions as we blaze a new trail in next-generation business applications. You will be responsible for coordinating customer sales cycles with the Calix Renewals Team and ensuring joint execution with the Calix Success Team. Primarily, you will be responsible for ensuring the Calix Marketing Cloud sales team have all the tools, resources and sales strategies necessary to deliver on the ambitious business strategies that Calix has set for them.

In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of cloud sales leaders and seasoned sales professionals, ensuring sales best practices are brought to bear to support high velocity, and high quality, sales performance. You will also bring your sales leadership experience to the team as you coach, develop and support their growth as sales leaders.
