Warehouse Worker

1st shift6:00 am-4:30 pm

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

The Warehouse Operator reports to the Facility Manager and has primary responsibility for receiving and managing raw material placement and shipping of finished goods.

Follows all work instructions and safety rules including use of all PPE and safety equipment. You would also participates in the general housekeeping of the plant and work area. Basic monitoring of assigned equipment including start up-shut down & lockout/tag out procedures for equipment responsibilities. Must be able to demonstrate forklift proficiency (pending formal training).Be able to use and monitor computerized display and control screens.Able to complete required data entry into the production system with appropriate assistance.Picking and preparing stock for shipment. Loading and unloading trucks.Focus on accuracy and attention to the details of the job is critical.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.


• Strong math and reading skills and ability to follow instructions.


• Forklift experience.


• As a Warehouse Worker, this position is required to stand for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, use hands to remove or lift boxes, stretch and reach with arms extended and stoop.


• Employees regularly lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Employees are eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, insurance, 401k contribution, paid time off and paid holidays.This position may also qualify for medical reimbursement depending on the employee's annual base salary. If qualified, H.B. Fuller will pay up to 100% of the employee's medical premium.

All employees also qualify for an annual cash bonus, based on business performance. Annual raises are rewarded based on company and individual performance.
