Danone North America is seeking a Director of Culture to be the primary architect and a passionate advocate of our inspirational culture. The person in this position will lead organization-wide culture development initiatives, be responsible for driving increased levels of employee engagement, and possess coaching skills in order unlock growth and development reflecting Danone's cultural and leadership values.
The Director of Culture will be focused on amplifying the unique strengths of Danone to nurture a vibrant culture, to and foster engaged and high performing teams and individuals, and align all strategies and initiatives to overarching business strategies. The Director of Culture collaborates across the organization at all levels to inform, strengthen, and ignite our culture.
This position reports to the VP Learning and Culture and will partner with HR peers to solve complex organizational challenges and implement best practices/programs that support the growth of our business. As our Director of Culture, the individual in this role will act as a strategic and tactical thought leader providing counsel, developing roadmaps, and executing culture related initiatives, engagement measurement and response. The person in this role must be willing to challenge convention, bringing thought leadership, and have a high level of comfort engaging in hands-on approach to driving for critical results.

Leadership Effectiveness & Development:Partner with Learning and Culture Team and broader Human Resources team members to drive leadership development and effectiveness, and ensure initiatives are aligned with our HR and business strategies.
Engagement:Drive increased levels of employee engagement by developing and deploying meaningful initiatives across the organization. Demonstrate progress towards the development of sustainable engagement and uncover opportunities for growth.
Coaching:Grow our coaching capabilities within the organization and track/report on outside coaching engagements.
Learning and Development:Partner with the Learning Team to support the development of scalable learning and organizational development programs aligned to our culture strategies and aid in the growth and development of our organizational capabilities.
Vision and Strategy:Work with our leadership teams as well as the organization at large to collaboratively build upon and execute on the long-term vision for all culture growth. Work to consistently improve our effectiveness and help us achieve our overall business goals. Drive future initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative team.
Culture and Engagement Measurement Measure the employee experience, including the collection, analysis, and publication metrics of results to keep the "pulse" of the current organizational culture. Leverage the acquired data to inform relevant strategies and select the most impactful tactics.

You are a compelling communicator with the ability to align and inspire people leveraging our mission, vision, values and our people and community commitments
You think strategically AND deliver on tactical and operational issues. This is a hands-on role that requires building and developing capabilities of individuals and teams
You are an experienced coach able to coach 1:1 and coach teams, including at executive levels. You can measure and manage the efficacy of our coaching investment to drive necessary results
You have a track record of being a partner to managers across a variety of functional areas as well as demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and staff
You have proven success in delivering high-impact people programs addressing team engagement and team member retention
You have high levels of personal integrity and credibility; you manage sensitive information and maintain discretion as needed
You have the proven ability to influence and drive change with executive level teams
You are a results-driven, change agent with ability to direct large-scale programs to successful completion
You have 10+ years of progressive and hands on Human Resources and People experience, preferably with global, agile organizations
You have a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a relevant field

CO Equal Pay Language:
The base compensation range for this position is $135,000-$165,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
