BMC is looking for an experienced attorney who has excellent legal and business judgment, as well as a proven track record of providing outstanding and timely legal support. In this role, you will be supporting the business by working with debt and equity financing instruments, Mergers & Acquisitions throughout the deal cycle, corporate governance and intercompany agreements. We welcome your ideas on how to do things differently and better. The successful applicant will get to work with a highly-collaborative, close-knit team in an exciting, fast paced environment and will manage a small team.
The position is based at BMC Software's corporate offices in Houston, Texas, and will report to the General Counsel.
