The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will join a supportive and collaborative team. The coordinator will support the Legal Recruiting Manager with the planning and execution of the summer associate program and executing the firm's 1L, 2L and 3L hiring strategy. The coordinator will also assist the Lateral Recruiting Manager with lateral hiring needs, hiring of International LL.M. students and post judicial law clerk hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Legal Recruiting Manager and Lateral Recruiting Manager
Assist in coordinating and planning all aspects of the summer associate program (events, trainings, etc.)
Assist with summer associate onboarding and orientation as necessary
Attend summer associate program events as required
Coordinate mid-and-end-of-summer evaluations
Serve as a firm ambassador
Assists in setting up 1L and rising 2L events and sponsorships
Coordinates on-campus recruiting materials and post-OCI processing of callback decisions
Coordinates hiring meeting materials and assists with follow up
Assists in scheduling interviews as necessary
Oversee NALP reimbursement process
Maintain LawCruit database with accurate and complete records
Assist with Fall Associate onboarding and orientation as necessary
Assist with the firm's law clerk hiring process including a post judicial clerkship reception
Conduct office tours for summer associates, fall associates, and lateral associates
Must be willing to work overtime as requested, particularly in the months of May through August
Work collaboratively and across the team and other departments of the firm
Perform other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Possesses superior organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and be proactive
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
Law firm or professional services experience
