The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analytics and support for consolidations of corporate financials, administration of corporate reporting tools and creation of management and investor financial packages. Provide support for operational planning, financial forecasting, and development of strategic and operational plans, and other business support. Work with business unit and or functional leaders to provide analysis and support for monthly and quarterly closing analytics.
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Prepare and review budget, forecast, variance & business analysis, as needed. * Prepare monthly management reporting packages and provide ad hoc analyses as requested. * Perform profitability analyses for products and customers for external and internal customers. * Administration and maintenance of Adaptive forecasting, budgeting and reporting tool. * Assist in project management of Financial Forecasting and Budgeting. * Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. * Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned. * Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field. Masters in related field or CPA a plus. * 3-5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; specifically strong in Excel. Experience with SQL and VBA a plus. * NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent analytical skills with a good understanding of accounting concepts. * Able to work both independently and on a team. Proactive problem-solving skills. * Organized and able to multitask in a face-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple projects.
