Responsibilities

Our Analystsspend a significant amount of time overseeing the development of deliverables, as well as interacting with clients and project team members. The portfolio of projects caninclude, but is not limited to, quantitative business analysis, revenue cycle management, budget planning, financialmodeling, performance measurement, research analytics, process improvement, policy implementation, compliance, training and strategic communications.



We are looking for candidates who possess a tendency towards action, have innovative ideas and the ability to anticipate where a client's needs may be 12 months from now to achieve extraordinary results.



Primary responsibilities include, but are not limitedto:


  • Collectand analyzedata and information that is valuable to clients and stakeholders who are made up of organizations, businesses, and government departments.

  • Ability tolearn about andassess a client's organization, strategic goals, governance structure and overall environment.

  • Resolve complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytical methodologies and principles.

  • Perform data collection, interviewing, data modeling, product/service testing, and/orcreation of performance measurements to support project objectives.


  • Conduct activities in support of project objectives.

  • Informprojectleadership and the client(as needed)of project status.

  • Developeffective internal and external presentations and skillfully facilitate client and internal meetings.

  • Ability to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resources.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor'sdegreerequired.

  • 0-3yearsofprofessionalexperience preferably within a healthcare, actuarial, or consulting setting.

  • Preferred experience includesconductingeither quantitative or qualitative research:


  • Quantitative research involves working with statistics and percentages, and can deliver quick results.

  • Qualitative research involves analyzingopinions and can provide the reasons behind certain percentages.


  • Workingknowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access to include advanced formulas and pivot tables.

  • Experience in, or interest in,learning new technology software applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.


  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to obtain a U/S/ Security Clearance, if needed.
