About the Role


As a Client Service Associate I, you'll work with our officers and high-net-worth clients to provide a high level of support across all of our private wealth delivery platforms. Our clients, officers, and vendors will rely on your expertise for advanced customer service and technical support. You'll have a direct impact on our client's day-to-day experience with the organization.

You'll collaborate with business partners to provide administrative and technical support through account maintenance and operational transactions. You will understand the client account system's ins and outs and serve as the liaison between advanced technical resolution teams and our clients. How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You'll generate and prepare monthly reports and minutes as needed to ready the business line to meet regulatory compliance.

  • You'll collaborate with internal business partners and our clients to perform account maintenance and problem resolution, escalating issues to supervisors when needed.

  • You'll provide direct technical support to our Private Wealth officers in the opening and management of their client accounts.

  • You'll support your team by inputting data into our CRM, generating client account applications, scanning documents, and performing financial planning case preparation.

  • You'll create presentations and provide client meeting support for Officers while providing additional administrative duties, including processing expense reports, account distributions, court inventories, and accounting, exception clearing, and managing working interest insurance reporting.

  • You'll use company systems and software to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.

TECH SAVVY: Your computer skills will be put to the test by accessing multiple systems and learning our processes and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 year(s) experience; or 6-7 years equivalent work-related experience.
