Requisition Summary


Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Materials Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of build papers, and organization and processing of supplier invoices.

Job Functions / Responsibilities



  • Collect, organize, process MSS & MRO invoices, and send to accounting for payment

  • Maintain build papers, sort, deliver, and reprint as necessary

  • Adjust build paper print schedule according to plant requirements

  • Maintain and order office supplies for the production control department

  • Cover front reception desk as needed

  • Assist with coordinating aftermarket emergency and non-emergency orders communicating with both internal and external customers

  • Assist with changing vendor code information

  • Assist with parking trucks, communicating and scheduling with Active Transportation, and create customs documentation

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications



  • High School graduate or equivalent required

  • Degree preferred

  • 2 years experience in an Administrative role preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines with changing priorities

  • Excellent PC skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, COPICS, ESA, IDOP system)

  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education


High School Diploma or equivalent required
