We are looking for an Senior Consultant experienced with ABL, how to create databases, manage schema, create and implement OE Triggers, configure Open Edge AppServer, a previous knowledge of the OE Change Data Capture would be a plus. A successful candidate will have solid problem-solving skills and have the ability to trouble shoot and debug issues. This role requires an individual that can take ownership of a project and drive it to successful completion.

This is a customer facing consulting position and requires meeting and working with our customers, good communication skills are required. A Candidate should be willing to work some off hours and possibly weekends to perform implementations.


  • Implement the Pro2 Product in a LAN/WAN Environment

  • Meet with customers

  • Scope new projects or upgrades

  • Create customer specific documentation

  • Mentor Customers

  • Maintain Jira Status

  • Log issues with Tech Support

  • Test New Releases of the Pro2 Product


  • To be successful in this role you shall have solid understanding of Open Edge

  • Engineering degree or equivalent

  • Minimal 5+ years' experience with Open Edge

  • Database Creation and Schema Management

  • Good Understanding of Database Triggers

  • Problem Solving and Debugging Skills

  • Progress AppServer Experience

  • ABL Coding Experience
