About the Role

You will be responsible for the lease administration for BOKF's corporate real estate portfolio. You will work with many departments throughout the organization such as Facilities Management, Audit, Finance, and Corporate Accounting. You will play a critical role in managing risk for multiple lines of business and the Bank.

What You Can Expect

You will maintain both the hard copy and electronic files for all leases, as well as real estate contracts. You will prepare the monthly and annual reports, in addition, this role will track rent receivables and payables, critical dates, insurance provision, and requirements. You will administer and maintain the existing Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), focused on corporate real estate and facilities management operations.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will abstract new leases and renewals, input critical data, report general obligations of business units, and ensure required insurance is met and maintained.

  • You will respond to landlord/tenant inquiries with written correspondence in order to facilitate lease commitments.

  • You will serve as the primaryBOKF contact for payment issues and preserve good tenant relationships by ensuring all lease documentation terms are faithfully followed.

  • You will gather yearly expense data from the division controller to establish yearly property operating costs.

  • You will process vendor billings and expense claims according to Corporate Accounting policies and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' job related experience in lease administration and/or property management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
