You will be responsible for the lease administration for BOKF's corporate real estate portfolio. You will work with many departments throughout the organization such as Facilities Management, Audit, Finance, and Corporate Accounting. You will play a critical role in managing risk for multiple lines of business and the Bank.
You will maintain both the hard copy and electronic files for all leases, as well as real estate contracts. You will prepare the monthly and annual reports, in addition, this role will track rent receivables and payables, critical dates, insurance provision, and requirements. You will administer and maintain the existing Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), focused on corporate real estate and facilities management operations.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' job related experience in lease administration and/or property management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
