Overall Job SummaryThe Operations Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the Operations teams in developing and maintaining various data tracking outputs. Developing, contributing to and implementing new tools and technology and providing ad hoc support to all departments for urgent technical issues in the database, operational tools and reports. This is a comprehensive role where the specialist will work on short and long term initiatives for process improvements while also being able to pivot from one request to the next as needed.
