Position Description/Overview:


Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for anHR Business Partnerin our South Bend, IN office.


The HR Business Partner provides human resources consultation and support to designated functional areas and /or business units of Press Ganey, specifically Operations. The ideal candidate will be a proven HR partner in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate knowledge of various human resource functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations, in order to provide tactical HR support to managers and associates. Proven experience in consulting with top executives and their business units' management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support Press Ganey business needs. Assists with the on-boarding process of associates and managers.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • This position uses knowledge of various human resource functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to all managers and associates.

  • Provides human resources consultation and support to designated functional areas of Press Ganey, primarily heavy operations and phone center.

  • Consults with managers in the strategic planning process and develops human resources strategies that support Press Ganey's business needs.

  • Acts as a liaison to other human resource functions (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development, etc.), as necessary

  • Identifies, analyzes, and implements solutions to employee relations issues and advises management to assure fair and consistent treatment of employee problems. Documents incidents and resolutions.

  • Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, processes, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement of HR Department.

  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, and developing and organizing information.

  • Partners with department leaders to improve associate engagement


MinimumQualifications:



  • 5+years of HR Business Partner experience

  • Demonstrated success at providing exceptional customer service.

  • Passion for innovative HR solutions, strategies, and process improvement

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret business needs, and develop solutions.

  • Must have effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong work ethic

  • Business problem-solving capability is essential.

  • Must be highly motivated, have top-notch organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

  • Strong presentation skills.


Minimum Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR related field, or equivalent experience, required.

  • Master's degree, a plus.

  • PHR Certification, a plus.
