Job Title: Software Developer Intern

Typical applications which use our products are the design and test of Wireless 5G, Automotive Radar, Space and Satellite, and Internet Infrastructure. It is imperative that Sales people quickly create accurate quotes/orders of our products for our customers.

The Knowledge Engineering team at Keysight headquarters (Santa Rosa, CA) is looking for a student who is passionate about data processes and end user experience. This intern will contribute to a major project within Keysight to help digitalize our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and systems. You would be working with a small team to enhance a custom web-based platform we've developed in-house. We're excited to have you join the team to exercise your software development strengths in the areas where you will have the most impact.

You'll interface with NPI Planners, Buyers, Product Configuration experts, and process analysts to streamline our information flows into a robust web-based system. You'll be working in a factory where we develop our complete vertical supply chain of parts on site. From integrated circuits, to gold-brick microcircuits, to printed circuit assemblies, to the final finished product, this is a true "dirt to dollars" operation. Desired Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college programfora Computer Science, IS, or equivalent degree program


• Java and/or C/C++


• JavaScript


• Angular, React, Vue.js, Ember, Node


• Unit Testing or End-to-End (E2E) experience


• Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, SQL, Cypress, Mocha, Karma, REST API


• Demonstrated ability to do analytical problem solving.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Ability to define complex logic expressions.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on partnership with NPI teams
