Office Assistant at Advanced Group in Lake Zurich, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client, located in the Long Grove area, is currently seeking several Office Assistants to join their growing team!

Hourly rate: $16/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, position is onsite.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data entry


• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly internal reports as required.


• Participate as assigned in departmental audit processes.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Detail Oriented


• Cash handling experience preferred!
