THE ROLE:

The CSX Technical Program Manager is responsible for managing the development of the UE Fits moldable ear tip technologies and platform projects where the Fits tip is used on other earbud projects throughout Logitech. One component is to manage R&D projects, occasionally it will be to manage full product developments where needed.

  • Develop technical R&D plans with engineering with appropriate milestones and checkpoints to measure progress. Set expectations for criteria for projects to continue vs pausing and focusing on other priorities.


  • Where needed, function as a project lead for new product development which would utilize the tip technologies being worked on.


  • Drive projects forward through direct involvement and project concise and clear summaries to management as needed.


  • Maintain high level focus, while able to dive into details as needed when issues arise.


  • Earn and foster trust across the team so you can get objectives met when working in the face of resource and priority constraints.


  • Build on a culture of flexibility, finding ways to accomplish what seems impossible


  • Be creative with tradeoffs, use them to drive clear decisions and alignment on goals


  • Be hands on and drive details, lead and model best practices for the team


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

For consideration, please bring the following minimum skills and behaviors:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience project managing technical and architecture/design sprints of multidisciplinary teams


  • Minimum 5 years of experience project managing product development projects in general.


  • BS in Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred)


  • Familiar with finance, marketing, operations processes and terminologies to request correct input and act on inconsistencies or misalignment.


  • Strong background and history in organization of multiple simultaneous projects at different stages of development.


  • A leader with strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently and drive for results.
