Job Purpose
The candidate is expected to provide Salesforce application development and support for one of the complex and global applications for a large manufacturing customer. Candidate should development / customization related Salesforce and handle tickets from end users/business and address them as per the respective Service Level Agreement
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for new development and customization along with major incidents and process adherence.
- Attend daily scrum meetings and coordinate with concerned stakeholders to address the requirements.
- Responsible for building new test classes and making sure it meets the requirement.
- Responsible for creating dashboards and reports
- Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- SFDC Configuration
- SFDC Development & Customization
- Salesforce Service Cloud
Good To Have Skills:
- SFDC Analytics and Reporting
- SFDC Integration
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications include:
- Experience:. At least 2 years of Salesforce.com hands-on experience
- Education/Certifications: 4 years college Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent additional experience. Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications are mandatory. Sales cloud, Service cloud certifications and prior experience with ITSM tools like Remedy are preferred
- Specialized knowledge/experience: Should also possess strong Salesforce Service Cloud and technical skills as well
- Abilities/Skills: Ability to think strategically, business or executive level communication skills, organization, presentation, teamwork, planning, and time management skills
- Technical Requirements: Salesforce.com, Sales cloud, Service Cloud
