The RH In Your Home Training & Education Leader is expected to deliver first-class service to our customers and our teams, creating a luxury experience in everything we do. The Training and Education Leader will develop, serve, and lead our Delivery Ambassadors so they feel empowered to "do the right thing" for our customers. This leader is passionate about teaching and inspiring teams to be memorable, deliver results, and exceed customer expectations at all points of contact. The Education and Training Leader will have a passion for people, service, design, and logistics, and will coach and mentor the RH In Your Home team to deliver extraordinary results. This individual will educate, train, and develop our Delivery Ambassador teams, setting the tone for an environment where vision is everything while leading the success of the RH In Your Home program.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live our Values: People, Quality, Service, and Innovation
• Organize and plan monthly onboarding classes in your markets
• Lead and execute the onboarding experience for the Delivery Ambassador Teams
• Foster and build personal partnerships with home delivery, customer service, and store teams to develop strategies for driving business results
• Lead, inspire and energize others in-person and remotely
• Support RH In Your Home Leadership team in attracting, selecting, and assessing high-potential talent
• Educate, develop and lead key talent and bench strength at all levels

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showroom, or luxury retail preferred
• Multi-location leadership and/or training experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
• Must possess high energy with the ability to energize others

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around Home Delivery Centers, Distribution Centers, and client homes
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
• Ability to travel locally and long distances with potential overnight travel
