We're looking for a Account Supervisor to join our Dallas office. By building best-in-class capabilities across strategy & planning, digital media buying, CXM, SEO and analytics, then integrating these with our existing creative, content, influencer and tech strengths, Edelman Digital is uniquely positioned to lead in today's complex media landscape.

You will sit in the center of our various capabilities; charged with introducing new and existing clients to the power of compelling stories and experiences, shown through the right digital mediums at the right times and most appropriate places, all directed by a confluence of data and leading-edge technology.

Some of the Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with clients and internal Edelman stakeholders

    • Troubleshoot client issues and regularly counsel client on digital and social media strategies

    • Oversees account team's work quality and operational performance, ensuring deadline adherence, reaction to industry trends and ensuring plan execution maps to client objectives within budget

    • Solicits counsel of senior staff and consultants when needed and appropriately

    • Demonstrates writing excellence when crafting internal and client correspondence, communications plans, digital strategy, new business proposals, etc.

    • Demonstrates practical and applied understanding of social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these channels into client programs

    • Capitalizes on relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners

    • Recommends and utilizes research and analytics as a key project performance indicator

    • Champions integration of teams; uses and becomes one of Edelman's network resources to meet client goals

    • Address client issues thoughtfully and effectively, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Basic Qualifications

    • At least six years of experience in advertising, digital or integrated agency experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and at least 4 years in a specific discipline, such as building digital experiences, search, or content marketing. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrate the ability to motivate team members to create consistent, high-quality, strategic outcomes and customer service for clients (internal or external)

    • Able to articulate the benefits and details of omni-channel digital marketing, including the rationale for investing in creative campaigns, supported by a robust paid media and measurement strategy

    • Experienced client service expert, able to converse as a strategic advisor to the leadership of a variety of brands, many of which have a global footprint

    • High energy, persuasive and entrepreneurial-minded with a track record for directing work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders towards a business development goal

    • A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful social media, influencer and paid media programs

    • A leader in the digital space who is forward thinking and knows how to demonstrate the value of digital to our clients as well as internal stakeholders
