The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be focused on our Small Business audience.  This position is part of an Integrated Marketing team which is responsible for the development and execution of the audience marketing strategy. 

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of growth and demand gen campaigns and programs to support the Small Business team & the CET program. This role will work collaboratively with peers in the Marketing team, as well as those in the Development and Technology teams, to ensure our growth and Demand Gen plans meet the business and marketing objectives. The scope of this role includes demand gen and growth strategy, paid media, and email communications; events, webinars and virtual events will be managed by a peer role. You will report to the Integrated Marketing Leader.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement holistic marketing plans across paid, earned, and owned channels to grow ecommerce customer acquisition, activation and retention, Demand Gen Campaign tactics design and execution

  • Budget Management including forecasting for annual and monthly budgets, optimizing account profitability and holistic budget management for demand gen programs, ensuring spend aligns to allocated budget, etc.

  • Agency & Vendor Management including preparing briefing materials for external agency support; upon delivery of recommendations from external agencies, vetting the plans and socializing internally for review/approval, ensuring external partners are receiving the information they need to best plan and execute on our behalf and setting direction, driving performance, and managing daily operations and relationships with agency partners/vendors.


  • Campaign, Program and Tactic Optimization including defining clear and measurable goals for all Demand Gen campaigns, programs and tactics prior to launch, partnering with the Sales Ops organization to understand the performance of all campaigns, programs and tactics once Lead Gen activities are in-market, collaborating effectively with teammates in marketing, creative, operations, engineering, product and partnerships to raise the bar in executing all of our digital marketing, providing proactive and frequent recommendations on optimization of demand gen resources based on recent results and priorities moving forward, etc.


  • Martech Alignment & Functional Expertise ensuring understanding of the scope of Martech capabilities made available (i.e. Marketo, Lattice, etc.) and execution of campaigns with these tools.

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor degree. MBA a plus.

  • 5 or more years of experience developing and executing multi-channel strategies and demand gen programs.

  • Understanding of how Paid Search/SEM, Social & Programmatic interact with SEO, Affiliate, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution

  • Experience analyzing complex issues and developing relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve challenges.

  • Well versed in success measurements in Branding/Awareness and Direct Response, with in-depth understanding of channel-specific campaign management and optimization practices

  • Experience working with in-house dev and site/conversion optimization teams.

  • Experience with segmentation and targeting (CRM), acquisition and retention (LTV), pricing and revenue (RPU) and conversion reporting and analytics (KPI)

  • Experience with customer marketing, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.

  • SQL or other programming language a plus.
