Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is looking for a forward-thinking, customer focused individual with strong technical and business drive to join our team as an IT EUC Analyst. The IT EUC Analyst has an enterprise focus and will provide subject matter expertise and analytical support to help facilitate client technology initiatives and operations. This person will play a role in creating and executing OBEs End User Computing Strategy and will work across functional groups to coordinate efforts and ensure success of the end user computing experience. This position will be a member of the End User Computing team and reports to the EUC IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Execution of the EUC lifecycle strategy, including, but not limited to client patch management; software deployment; image management; user endpoint device management; on premise as Active Directory Management, and collaboration solution platforms such as Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
Citrix, Printing, Kronos Time Clocks
Serve as an escalation point for complex client device support and/or configuration issues for less seasoned analysts and technicians.
Effectively engage enterprise teams, SMEs, and/or business partners to assist in creation and proposal of client technology designs, standards, and solutions that deliver high value to the business.
Retain advanced knowledge in and forward-thinking mindset about IT client and mobile technologies, standards, industry trends, developments and best practices.
Identify potential cost savings in technology, solutions and/or processes while meeting or exceeding customer experience needs.
Other Client Technology Services duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of client device experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS and Android operating systems.
Project management experience is a plus.
ITIL certification is a plus.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
A strong knowledge of servers, virtual machines, PCs, tablets, mobile phones and other "Smart" client devices
Working experience in managing end user devices via tools such as SCCM or Workspace ONE
Working experience in patch management of Microsoft Windows devices
Working experience with Microsoft's on premise and Active Directory
Working experience in creating and maintaining images for either an enterprise or large corporation
Working experience in PowerShell and other scripting languages
An ability to keep current with IT trends, developments and industry best practices specifically related to client systems and devices
An ability to excel within a collaborative and cross-functional working environment.
Excellent inter-personal skills and an ability to influence others.
Provide detailed documentation of all implementations, changes, and solutions.
An ability to communicate technical information effectively, both orally and in writing.
An ability to present ideas in concise, business-friendly, and user-friendly language.
An ability to lead projects on an enterprise level.
