Job Description:
Summary:
Performs several key functions at the Laundry, primarily driving and loading/unloading trucks and linen pick up and delivery to all customers on assigned route. Helps sort and process soiled linen during non-driving times. Assists on the clean side with sorting, unloading, folding and any other cleaning duties as assigned. Keeps trucks and equipment clean and operational by calling for maintenance support when necessary. Loads and unloads carts in the chute rooms at the main hospital. Takes ownership of customer linen delivery and pick up operations and reports any unusual activities to Laundry Management.
Requirements:
Good Driving record required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Driving License required
Basic PC Skills preferred
Experience with laundry services and truck driving preferred
