Honeywell Intelligrated is seeking a passionate and experienced digital training leader to own training efforts across the organization. Located in Mason, Ohio, this position will lead and develop standardized digital training efforts for all functions and levels of the business. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to understand current training practices and provide training methodology for continued employee development. You will understand standard work and standard job responsibilities and map training efforts to those standards. You will work effectively across geographical boundaries and act as a change agent. You will strategically plan and lead a team involved in major training initiatives, and you will shape short and long-term strategies to create a future vision for digital training within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Establish and own the strategic direction of the Digital Training organization

· Design, develop and deliver methodology and tools for creating training materials

· Partner with vendors to leverage digital tool sets

· Map training requirements to standard work practices and job duties

· Create and communicate a vision and strategic plan for unified training across the organization

· Collaborate with various departments to obtain information required to develop new and updated training materials

· Become familiar with the established Honeywell digital learning workplace (learning hub)

· Maintain accuracy of training materials and update as necessary

· Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, associates and activities to prioritize and allocate time appropriately

· Effectively communicate up, down and across the organization


· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum 7 years of management/supervisory experience

· Minimum 3 years experience with digital and remote learning


· Cross-functional team leadership experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven track record of establishing training programs within an organization

· Experience working with global partners

· Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence

· Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment

· Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
