Position Description

Ricoh is looking Software Quality Development Engineer to work on agile project team in support of development, qualification and delivery of Print Workflow Management software. Team member will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing test coverage to support continuous release of the product and customer focused testing. High emphasis on automation and CICD methodology to support on premise and cloud applications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on agile scrum team: Participate in Standups, Grooming, Demos, Retros


• Analyze requirements and identify test coverage


• Write automation to support new function delivery and regression


• Identify, document, and verify defects


• Document, track, and report test status


• Provide development support as needed: coding, defect fixing, tool maintenance


• Support product field activities


• Work with and support global product team

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Agile software development


• Troubleshooting, debugging, analytical and problem solving skills


• Knowledge and understanding of Software Test and Automation


• Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, C++, Python or general equivalent


• Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS), Web Services and SaaS applications


• Software automation development experience


• System skills on Windows and AIX, Linux platforms


• Strong communication, teaming and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience


• Experience with Postman (API) and WDIO/Selenium (UI) automation tools, or equivalent


• Experience working in a CI/CD environment


• Experience with Test Driven Development


• Knowledge of Print industry and related Ricoh product offerings

Education/Certifications:

· B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent Engineering degree

Compensation Range $70,000 - $95,000

Position is bonus eligible, 6% STI
