Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for advanced and specialized maintenance necessary to ensure the effective facilities operations within a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and facility/equipment inspection. This position also supports other facilities associates, projects, and activities based on organizational needs.Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required)Understanding of fundamentals of refrigeration, HVAC controls, and good mechanical skills. Basic computer and math skills. Electrical knowledge, licenses as required, i.e., . engineer's, fireman's license. Mechanical aptitude HVAC Experience /computers. Knowledge of chiller/boiler operations. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Experience in electronics with two years general installation and maintenance 3 5 years general building maintenance Experience . One year boiler room Experience under license.
