Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Consultant, Digital Content Management as an integral part of the Digital Content Strategy and Operations Team, responsible for ensuring enterprise digital content governance processes, and principles in the creation and management of digital content within our Adobe Experience Manager platform. This individual works as an "individual contributor" with cross-functional teams during pre- and post-production activities to assure that the AEM platform allows content to be identified, accessed, utilized, and managed for effective monetization.

This is a "creative operator" role, critical to driving the vision and demonstrating expertise in workflow and governance standards and processes around digital content/asset management. This role champions the efficiency and effectiveness of digital content creation, findability, and usability through effectively outlining business requirements, story grooming, and maintaining platform and channel SOPs and documentation for user training.

Success in this role relies on an individual's understanding of content governance and the ability to build and maintain productive interpersonal relationships while juggling multiple people, processes, and systems within specific timelines.

The position is based in Fort Mill, SC (just outside of Charlotte, NC), with a remote work considerations. The general working days are Monday-Friday. Occasionally, Saturday work is required to assist in technology releases related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during technology releases.

Responsibilities
o Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify and assure the production of governed digital content.
o As a system and process administrator, he/she will manage enterprise content in a way that is easy for target audiences to find and use the content they need.
o Assists in defining and managing digital content storage organization and taxonomy processes
o Maintain digital content integrity against established file naming structure, taxonomy and meta-data models
o Train content creation teams on Content Hub organizational structure and governance systems and processes.
o Document and maintain an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for governed digital content creation, organization, and file structure.
o Identifies issues and opportunities in managing governed digital content, working to present the best overall solution.
o Serves on the Content Governance Council as a representative and steward for governed digital content management and storage.
o Creates a reporting dashboard the tracks, audits, and monitors established digital content success metrics and performance indicators.
o Fosters cross-functional teamwork and collaboration to set goals, solve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness and make decisions that are in the best interest of the firm.
o Makes clear and timely decisions around issues and opportunities affecting the firm's ability to monetize digital content.
o May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
o B.A. or B.S. in Project Management or a similarly related concentration.
o 2+ years of experience in digital content creation and management.
o 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management systems (CMS), project management, and analytics tools. Familiarity with SmartSheet and Workfront a plus.
o Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy, data architecture and search optimization
o Experienced in planning, developing, maintaining, and optimizing business processes.
o Ability to build productive and reciprocal relationships with cross-functional teams
o Demonstrates strong strategic and innovative thinking and practical organizational planning skills.
o Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
o Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs. Proven multi-tasking skills, with an ability to make decisions and meet critical deadlines.
o Comfortable working in a "start-up like," fast-paced and fluid environment.
o Effective and persuasive communication and social skills.
o An experienced organizational change agent; familiar with the ADKAR change methodology a plus
o Is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Asset/Content Management and Governance processes and tools (currently: AEM, WorkFront, CMS, SOLR Search, and Content HUB).
