Job Summary The Candidate Experience Coordinator provides organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This person is instrumental in ensuring the successful coordination and administration of hiring efforts including scheduling interviews, providing resources, booking candidate travel, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities Ensures a Best-in-Class Candidate Experience: Goes above and beyond to ensure candidates have an exceptional candidate experience during the interview process
Schedules interviews with candidates to best accommodate candidate and interviewer(s) schedules
In charge of all candidate travel, including booking flight, hotel, and ground transportation; taking care of expenses before, during, and after travel; and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for the candidate during the entire travel process
Ensures each candidate is comfortable and confident during all stages of the interview process
Goes above and beyond to "wow" candidates throughout all interactions with Workiva employees
Provides Team Support: Provides administrative support as needed to the Human Asset Management and Talent Acquisition teams to facilitate efficiency of operational processes
Manages job postings across many platforms such as national job search websites and college job boards
Partnerships with the HAM Operations team and Workiva Hiring Managers to schedule interviews efficiently and effectively
Exercises best practices and procedures in Workiva's ATS and takes measures to ensure data is up-to-date
May participate in project work to support recruiting function as needed

Experience
1+year of experience in an administrative support or customer-facing role in a business setting
Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing work environment preferred
Experience with cloud-based software applications, spreadsheet and word processing programs required
Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking or similar systems preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Associates or bachelor's degree preferred

Minimal travel
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded:
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $25 - $32 per hour
A discretionary bonus is typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
