Reporting to the Benefits Manager, primary focus in leave management. Responsible for managing all leaves of absence for all Emerson employees, including leaves such as Emerson leaves, FMLA, and PFML. Managing leave programs, be a liaison between employee and leave vendors (state included) updating and improving system processing. As the role grows, administrative support to the enrollment processes, COBRA administration, tuition reimbursement, invoicing and basic admin duties. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
Associate Degree preferred
Minimum two years administrative experience, preferably in Human Resource/Benefits setting.
Licensure and/or Certification
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work accurately with numbers and detailed information.
Ability to use computer to perform word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and graphics.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with staff at all organizational levels.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
