We are looking for a strategic sales leader who is highly motivated to build and lead a newly created team of Strategic Solutions Executives focused on developing value-based BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) Solutions for both new logo business and our existing client base.
The Strategic Solutions Leader must be an inspiration sales leader focused on sales executive development, an expert in complex bundled solutions, exhibits exceptional forecasting accuracy, and has strong C-Suite client facing skills. They must be able to effectively lead the team through the sales process: from the creation of a strategy through execution, success measurement and strategy refinement, this is a role with end-to-end responsibility for driving creative, bundled solutions that demonstrate our "One Alight" advantage for the entire portfolio (Benefits, Payroll, Cloud, and Consumer Experience). This sales leader must have a proven record to help other sales executives close both new logo and existing client base business and may be assigned to top 100 designated accounts. This leader must be able to effectively collaborate with internal executives, sales colleagues, solutions advisors and product experts.
