Job Description:

WellSky is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Personal Care Team, a leading personal care technology platform. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will develop, drive and manage marketing programs that build loyalty with customers and generates demos, pipeline, and new businesses. This a great position for someone who is flexible, able to multi-task and can drive projects.


A day in the life!


You will be responsible for the following:



  • Brainstorm creative and memorable marketing programs targeting customers leveraging conferences, webinars, customer reference, testimonial and other customer advocacy programs.

  • Develop content and host webinars on product launches and industry topics to generate leads and increase customer retention

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver upsell campaigns and fine tune the marketing motion to support the increased adoption of 8+ upsell solutions

  • Work closely with sales and marketing counterparts to ensure proper pre and post marketing campaign and program follow up

  • Manage cross-functional teams for field marketing goals, logistics, and communication flows

  • Track field marketing program ROI and reporting

  • Manage the ClearCare Customer Advocacy / Ambassador program including all aspects of goal setting, budget, and delivery

  • Write emails, blog posts, press releases, and conduct interviews


Do you have what it takes?


Required Experience:



  • 3+ years of marketing program management experience

  • Prior program management experience required

  • Experience or interest in marketing automation, sales, and/or revenue generation roles preferred

  • Proven success managing aneventstrategy with a tech company

  • Ability to travel a must.

  • Experience overseeing other field programs beyond physicalevents(Webinars, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)

  • Experience working in an enterprise and/or SaaS software company

  • Experience working closely with a Direct Sales team

  • Experience holdingeventbudget authority and managing budgets across multipleeventseries

  • Experience having pipeline building responsibility and accountability for Sales

  • Hands-on experience with a Salesforce.com and a marketing automation (building emails, lists and landing pages)

  • Experience driving Social Media campaigns

  • Must be metrics driven and be a very strong analytical thinker

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
