The Associate Account Manager on the Dentistry eam cultivates client relationships by consulting on current and future staffing needs/strategies, while engaging qualified HP candidates by partnering with Recruiting Consultants, Sales Consultants and Shared Services in order to present and confirm HPs and facilitate successful assignment, at a higher production level than Account Associates, while training new hires within department, ultimately impacting revenue growth.
Share qualified candidates within region to find the best possible match for a client
Demonstrate expertise to clients across specialties by proposing the value of a total StaffCare staffing solution in order to refer leads and generate more revenue per client.
Qualify client job requirements via phone and email with client point of contact to verify and discover job details in terms of site environment, clinical responsibilities and expectations
Negotiate bill rates with client point of contact by taking into account the client's market and level of clinicians and physicians qualifications needed while articulating StaffCare's distinct value
Consult with client on staffing strategy and various solutions that exceed client's needs while expanding StaffCare services and revenue potential.
Announce job assignments including necessary qualifications to Recruiters via email to most quickly identify interested & available clinician and physician candidates with highest likelihood to fill based on client criteria (licensure, skills, etc.).
Prospect for clinicians and physicians likely to fill by searching SBDev for those that are active, med mal approved and who have experience with client or similar environment in order to attract qualified HPs via email and/or phone campaign.
Engage clinicians and physicians candidates using consultative sales skills to build rapport and present value of job and StaffCare services in order to ensure commitment to job.
Screen candidate via phone to qualify licensure, availability, clinical skills & experience and potential fit with client environment in order to prioritize and submit candidates to client via ICE document imaging system.
Negotiate total assignment package with clinicians and physicians including pay rate, travel and housing logistics based on available profit margin and market forces in order to satisfy HP & client within profit thresholds.
Communicate timely updates and expectations between all assignment stakeholders including clinicians and physicians, client and quality & operations, logistics and accounting departments by documenting all steps in SBDev and email to execute all placement steps in order to deliver HP to assignment on time.
Complete "Marriage & Assignment" profiles through SBDev to inform logistics and quality services stakeholders of necessary information in order to delivery clinicians and physicians to assignment on time.
Education, Certifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED certificate required
Maintain level of required performance at Account Associate position
