Manage the operations of the Dental Clinic at Seattle Children's in a manner that meets continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, management of staff, competencies including standard care, quality, safety, flow and financial requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children's. In conjunction with other leaders, this position provides daily on-site direction to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the division.
Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Dental field or equivalent experience - Minimum of five years healthcare experience - Minimum of three years of leadership experience Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - Graduation from an Accredited Dental Assisting Program or Dental Hygiene Program or equivalent of three years of clinical or dental-field management experience - Experience in Pediatric Dentistry and/or Orthodontics and /or Oral Surgery - Experience with dental care for Children with Special Health Care Needs - Experience in an academic medical center
