Technical Process Coach
Power Plant Utilities
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Process Coach for our Power Plant Utilities department. Technical Process Coach is a results-oriented leader who is responsible for coaching and building the skills and capabilities of the Utilities crew members with respect to Mechanical, Electrical and Operational Reliability.The Utilities Technical Process Coach's hours will be day shift Monday - Friday, however, they are expected to flex hours as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Job responsibilities for a Technical Process Coach are not limited to the below expectations however, business conditions and expectations could dictate a change in responsibilities.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes (but not limited to):
Basic Qualifications:
*Knowledge of DCS/Operations process controls
*Two (2) or more years of training and development experience within an industrial, or manufacturing environment
*Knowledge of SRM's power plant field and control room
1 or more years of experience as an instructor, facilitator, or similar role
*Effective communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal*Experience using Microsoft Office tools in the following manner:
Excel - sorting data, creating tables and creating graphs
Outlook - scheduling
Word - document creation/editing
PowerPoint - presentation creation/editing
Preferred Qualifications:
*10 years of SRM power plant control room experience
*Experience starting up and shutting down major equipment in SRM's power plant
