Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Biotechnology Senior Engineer/Scientist to support a client in the Washington, D.C. area. This position requires an Active Top Secret Clearance, with SCI eligibility.LMI is a consultancy dedicated to improving the business of government, drawing from deep expertise in advanced analytics, digital services, logistics, and management advisory services. Responsibilities

    Maintain Biotechnology modernization tech roadmaps to include all DoD activities and applicable program elements
  • Coordinate Biotechnology roadmaps with key stakeholders

  • Refine and update Biotechnology S&T roadmaps based on feedback from stakeholders and changes to technology development investments

  • Assist and prepare presentations and reports to DoD leadership, outside agencies, Congress, Industry, Academia, Professional Societies and others as directed

  • Track the department-wide budgets for Biotechnology efforts

  • Assist, prepare and conduct meetings

Qualifications

Education:

  • Ph.D. or Master's Degree in a relevant Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math discipline

Experience:


  • Ph.D.: Minimum of 6 years' experience in Biotechnology

  • Master's Degree: Minimum 10 years' experience in Biotechnology

TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
