Job Summary

Responsible for small value contracts to include the leading and executing on a tender exercise, gathering supporting data to ensure compliance and audit trail

Job Responsibilities

• To take responsibility for site level tendering/bid/supplier management and negotiation exercises.


• To capture detailed analysis to support the process.


• To ensure all bid's are dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.


• Be aware of the legislation surrounding the bid/tender process.


• Adhere to the Procurement Function policy and procedures at all times.


• Supporting Purchasing Managers by entering requisitions into ERP system and contacting suppliers to follow up on agreed deliveries, quotations etc.


• Ensures Lean principles and continuous improvement strategy are adhered to.


• Adheres to site cash targets/cost reductions and assists in achieving.
