ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Audit trailers, dock lanes and finished warehouse in accordance with CBB SOP.


• Research and expedite old orders on dock.


• Expedite all "hot" orders through the shipping process quickly.


• Expedite all repairs and returns through the MFG and Shipping process.


• Follow-up on paperwork/completion of stock orders required for early/late shipments.


• Identify and use complex part numbers to ensure the use of proper parts.


• Troubleshoot inventory errors.


• Operate computer systems and data bases to access order information.


• Create and use spreadsheets.

REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION

• High School education or equivalent preferred


• Proficient communication skills


• Dependable, punctual, detail oriented and proficient communication skills


• Ability to drive a stand up forklift.


• Ability to read/write in English and basic reading and math skills are preferred.


• Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach, stand and lift at least 50 pounds
