We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced for an IT Mobility Engineer.

This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainability of the Envision mobility environment. The Mobility Engineer will deliver a strong mobility foundation to enable a standard end user experience in a scalable environment.

The IT Mobility Engineer will provide the proper guidance and technical expertise to the IT Mobility team to deliver operational and project success. The Mobility leader will enable continuous improvement by implementing the proper monitoring, reporting and performance analytics. The IT Mobility Engineer will provide technical leadership for mobility services as well as service management including, incident and problem management as well as asset and configuration management with a focus on reducing response and resolution time while delivering best in class customer service.

Responsibilities

    Provide technical leadership and best practices to enable and sustain a strong foundation for the Enterprise Mobility team
  • Build, install, configure, and troubleshoot MobileIron at an Enterprise level with a detailed understanding of Mobile App development and publishing

  • Work with security, infrastructure, networking, and applications engineering teams to implement and maintain an integrated mobility security strategy

  • Assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of operational standards, controls, governance, processes and policies

  • Create and maintain Mobility documentation (architecture diagrams, server builds, policy and application settings, firewall rules)

  • Provide best in class service and support to IT and the Business, including training and technical support, for daily operations and large scale projects

  • Manage day to day activities for enterprise level support for iOS and Android

  • Meet expected service level agreements and develop metrics, reporting and analytics to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement

  • Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience

  • At least 5+ years of experience providing IT service delivery functions, with at least 3 years of experience providing wireless support services.

  • At least 3+ years experience with MobileIron is required

  • Experience with cross functional and/or Matrix management a plus

  • Expert in service management including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset and Configuration management

  • Very strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and influence across the enterprise and adept at working in a national, large scale, cross-functional, highly collaborative and high-performance environment; ability to interact and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Able to simplify and explain complex topics coupled with strong presentation skills

  • Track Record of outstanding customer service and support

  • Must have experience using ITSM IT ticketing system; experience with ServiceNow is desired

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills that result in conclusive and clear recommendations / decisions

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic work environment

  • Able to thrive in an environment that requires a high degree of autonomy, integrity and accountability

  • Successful track record of analytical thinking and problem solving

  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
