The HCM Delivery Analyst Adv supports ongoing delivery to clients for aligned domain(s) through issue resolution, Change Requests (CRs), and standardized processes that contribute to achievement of Service Levels (SLAs or RSIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position involves heavy client interaction, vendor management as well as coaching and mentoring of staff team audits and training. The. DA- Adv. will be involved in projects and change requests in either a lead or supporting role. The DA- Adv. will identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and then implement solutions. This role will lead, be involved in process creation, requirements gathering, improvement initiatives and other system changes within the domain. The DA- Adv. will support integration across roles, work streams, and domains. The DA -Adv. will work with (daily), support, coach and train offshore team members.

As a Human Capital Management (HCM) Senior Analyst, a typical day toinclude the following:

**Note** The Workday Senior Analyst position will start in an implementation function and move to an on-going support role.


  • Participating in drafting initial Process Requirements Documents (PRDs)

  • Participates in/facilitates client process requirements

  • Prepares requirements documentations across phases of the project

  • Develops Systems Integration Testing (SIT/IAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts

  • Performs SIT. UAT, SRT (Operational Readiness) testing, retesting

  • Develops internal documentation (e.g. SOP's)

  • Assists with set up of operations teams, infrastructure, documentation, and processes for North America and India HCM delivery teams

  • Participate and/or lead training sessions, presentations, and meetings.

  • Requires the ability to interact with others in multiple locations, internally and externally, globally. Daily contact with clients-whether directly aligned to project work or for developing the client relationship.

  • Works with third-party providers to ensure seamless process delivery.

  • Identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with strong emphasis to associated patterns, trends, and root cause analysis.

  • Meets aligned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Guides and supports client delivery for new and existing colleagues.

  • Determines when inquiries are beyond the scope of responsibilities of Alight and/or team and escalates as appropriate.

  • Supports the internal and external Change Request process, including scoping and costing
  • Process HR transactions as indicated on the Statement of Work

Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of work experience in HR administration, HRMS, or related process area

  • Experience in project/implementation work

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP or other HRMS required, Workday experience a plus

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks

  • Proven demonstration of problem solving/ analysis skills to solve various stakeholder issues or process changes

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal direction from senior team members

  • Demonstrated ability to guide/train others on key implementation and operational processes

  • Ability to gain knowledge of client policies and procedures and ability to provide advice and counsel

  • Ability to identify process improvement areas

  • Ability to refine processing procedures based on "big picture" and best practice understanding

  • Understanding of other in scope related service areas desired (e.g. compensation)

  • Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems

  • Demonstrated ability to write client business requirement documents

  • Some travel may be required (up to 25%).

  • This may require flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.


Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree (BA, BBA, BS in Business), equivalent degree or work experience required
