As a Workday Technical Analyst (Integrations), you will provide world class solutions to our clients while learning the skills needed to become a great consultant. In this role you will excel as an expert deploying next generation Software as a Service (SaaS)-based solutions in Human Resources, Payroll and Financials. You will advise, implement, and integrate these solutions for clients. Alight Solutions is a Workday partner and we are growing the next generation of world class consultants. A typical day can include the following:

• 
  Working directly with multiple clients and projects across a wide spectrum of industries and locations to identify and understand business challenges and needs while also deploying or providing ongoing Workday support


• 
  Analyzing problems by performing research and identifying opportunities to correction situations while also seeking opinions and feedback on suggested solutions


• 
  Prioritizing and understanding commitment to client satisfaction in daily interactions


• Monitoring progress of tasks against a project plan and communicating status regarding project issues


• Participating in system testing accountabilities


• Representing the organization in a professional manner while also demonstrating strong work ethic


• 
  Building and unit testing Workday integrations for a variety of functional areas (HCM, payroll, benefits, etc.) using Workday framework technologies based on designs created by Alight Integration Leads


• 
  Working with Integration Leads to ensure that designs are clear and incorporate any changes or updates needed as the build progresses


• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in Workday integration development including technologies such as XSLT, web services, and Workday Studio

Preferred Experience:

• Previous internship experience preferred


• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, APIs, XML/JSON/XSLT/XPath, and ETL processing concepts


• Experience with MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Computer Science
