Job Description:

In this position (Data Operations Specialist - Customer Service Support 2) this individual should be proficient in accurate data entry with attention to detail. This rep will be responsible for assigning the credit detail to accounts processed and will assist and support the sales department in creating and expediting sales orders from SalesForce electronic applications to Fleet One and EFS systems. Prior data entry and Salesforce.com experience is preferred.

This individual will interact with internal contacts. Great interpersonal skills and phone etiquette is required. Reliable attendance will be expected.
