Position Summary:

The IT Project Manager III leads a team on one or more complex software development projectsand ensures project deliverables are met. Develops and executes master plan to meet projectrequirements while working directly with the client to resolve issues. Analyzes new and complexproject-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling,technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Provides applications systems analysis
and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations. Prepares long andshort-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance,production activities, and necessary support resources. Oversees all aspects of projects.

Role Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Maysubstitute equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in project management.


• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT project/programmanagement and/or software engineering.


• Previous supervisory experience.


• Previous experience in Federal contracts is strongly preferred.


• A working knowledge of project management principles.


• Knowledge of all phases of work outlined in contract responsibilities.


• Advanced proficiency level with MS Office products.


• PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master is strongly preferred and may be required.


• Visio and WorkFlow Experienceis strongly preferred and may be required.


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.


• Excellent interpersonal skills in both leadership and customer liaison roles.

• U.S. Citizenship, as required per government contract.
