About the Role:

A Customer Care Project Manager at Toppan Merrill supports our "SaaS" clients by providing extraordinary customer service while also working closely with our internal Operations and Service teams.

What You'll Do:


  • Nurture and develop strong client relationships with senior members of our clients' organization

  • Be accountable for overall project management

  • Will take the lead and assist multiple clients in the preparation of disclosure documents

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and liaison between client and other Toppan Merrill teams

  • Provide consultative services and technical subject matter expertise to clients as a trusted advisor

  • Ensure client satisfaction

  • Provide detailed documentation for job tracking and billing

About You:


  • Role model in service excellence, with demonstrated success in a client facing environment

  • Ability to connect and engage with high-level clientele and internal employees

  • Poses excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong technical aptitude, experience in Microsoft Office Suite an advantage

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Understanding of working in a firm deadline-driven environment

Qualifications and Experience:


  • BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of previous work experience in a similar client service environment

  • Project multitasking and ability to lead others through high pressure situations

  • Flexibility/adaptability with overtime/shift changes
