Quality Technician: Night Shift, Delavan Facility at Schoeneck Containers, Inc in Delavan, Wisconsin

Quality Technician Expectations:

-Conducting specific testing on products

-Perform quality equipment verifications

-Identify food safety or non-conformance issues   

-Ensure top quality to customers

How do our shifts work? Full time status | 4 Days a Week | Overtime built-in

Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Schedule: 4 Days on, 4 Days off rotation throughout the month

Job Duties:

-Perform in-process inspections, measurements and auxiliary equipment audits

-Confirm packaging and labeling of products   

-Record quality verification results and use systems in place

-Ensure non-conforming products be put on hold and reworked before shipping out

-Verify molding machines and supporting all equipment is cleaned according to ISO22000, HACCP and internal food safety cleanliness

-Update quality specification boards to each line

-Assist in new product qualifications and train members on new specifications

Ideal Candidate:

-Active and detail-oriented

-Competent in basic math and measurement skills

-Dependable, on time with high integrity

-One year of manufacturing experience working with quality control practices

-Tech savvy  

-Must laugh at jokes & embrace the SCI Culture

-18 years or older

-Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs
