Job Description:

KGPCo, the country's largest communications product distribution and service solution provider in the telecommunications industry is currently looking to hire a Vice President of OSP Construction. KGPCo is the only large-scale organization that combines a comprehensive suite of communication network management, engineering, and implementation services with a national logistics network and portfolio of manufacturer partnerships.

The Vice President of OSP Construction will be responsible for construction of outside plant infrastructure supporting the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the growth and development of the OSP Construction Team while executing on the daily business demands.
• Participate as an effective and engaged member of KGPCo senior leadership with responsibilities ranging from overall strategy to daily profitable operational success.
• Continually looks for process improvements to meet internal and external service level agreements while improving network reliability.
• Timely completion of projects.
• Lead the fiscal accountability for the Outside Plant Construction Team.
• Creates and directs operational plans and activities that result in accomplishing business strategies while meeting financial goals and maintaining/creating a reliable customer experience.
• Work effectively inside KGPCo with all employees to ensure operational requirements are understood and effectively resourced.
• Partners with Engineering to facilitate successful execution of network design.
• Partners with KGPCo functions to resolve complex network and strategic business problems.
• Provide expert guidance and problem resolution to project management teams.
• Create and implements staffing plans to accomplish Customer expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• BS/BA Degree in Engineering or similar strongly desired. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in MSO and/or Telecom industry preferred.
