If you are a Customer Service professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Kennesaw, GA location, you will be responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of the tasks include interacting with our customers over the phone and by email as well as other Emerson business units and internal departments. Througout these customer interfacing interactions, our Customer Service Representatives must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization with world class customer service.

 

 

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:


  • Entering customer sales orders which are taken by e-mail and telephone

  • Invoicing orders that have shipped

  • Answering inquiries relating to customer orders, parts, shipments and general customer concerns

  • Working with other internal departments to answer general customer inquiries

  • Working closely with our sales team for customer support


 

WHO YOU ARE:

You must be customer focused and provide excellent service to both our internal and external customers. Your clear and precise communication is a must to ensure complete understanding between all parties. You must be able to handle sometimes difficult situations with utmost respect and provide the best solutions possible to ensure world class service.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • High school education required

  • Basic computer knowledge a must

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required

  • Must work well with a team

  • No travel requred

  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role


 PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  


  • Previous customer service experience

  • Problem solving experience


Schedule
Our standard scheduled work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm EST. We offer rotating weeks with working the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm EST along with our standard work hour schedule, every other week.
