The Opportunity:

We're looking to hire Carpenters - Installers to join our installation team based in Denver, CO working on projects in the Ft Collins Area and the Northern Front Range.

Responsible for installation of varying types of construction projects. This would include installing wood casework, wood millwork, metal casework and installing laboratory fixtures. Other duties will include cutting and measuring materials according to a provided shop drawing.

Responsibilities:

• Available and willing to travel to job sites


• Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic


• Possess a strong attention to detail and high accuracy


• Knowledge of tools and basic operating use


• Follow established safety rules and regulations including PPE and OSHA standards


• Unloading trucks


• Inspect and clean surface in preparation for material


• Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions


• Organized and capable of meeting deadlines as an individual or as a team


• Positively represent the company


• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam

• Mechanical and Carpentry skills preferred


• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings


• Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment


• Ability to communicate well with project manager and supervisors


• Foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee owners


• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50 lbs


• Stand or walk for 8+ hours


• Must have ability to lift both arms overhead


• Must possess keen vision and hearing


• Ability to work outdoors, indoors in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places and in excavated areas


• Must be able to climb a ladder, scaffolding and stairs


• Must be able to kneel, stoop and squat often


• Arm, hand & finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling and feeling


• Ability to use hands and power tools


• May work around chemicals, near grinding and torching, and near cranes and moving equipment


• Will work in close contact with other people

Pay Transparency: $15/hr-$24/hr depending on experience
