We currently have a Business Analyst position in our RCM division open for those looking to put their analysis skills to work and create impact and be part of a wonderful team.

The RCM Business Analyst role will be responsible for developing standardized reporting and quality assurance processes in support of operations related to recently passed medical billing legislation, As such, the work is high visibility and high impact, and will require partnering cross functionally across business, legal, and policy teams.

This role can be located in either Philadelphia, PA area (Conshohocken) or Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Management of CRM (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity.
• Preparation and analysis of reports for use by legal counsel and in negotiations.


• Development and management of quality assurance and data integrity.


• Partnership with robotics team to develop automated aspects of reporting and QA processes.


• Support in ad hoc analysis as assigned.


• Troubleshooting spreadsheets, including use of Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables in order to manage data reporting and analysis needs.


• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University with a STEM(science, technology, engineering, mathematics) or business focus (Finance, Economics, or Business Degree preferred)


• 
  One or more years' experience in an analytical position (healthcare, banking, accounting) preferred preferably in a role requiring some use of Excel.

Knowledge and Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have knowledge of:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions and pivots)


• Familiarity with logical functions


• General proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products


• Willingness to learn and become proficient in other programs, e.g. Tableau, Embillz billing system, Salesforce
