The Role:

Logitech is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join us in developing software for the next generation of wireless in-ear products in our Camas, Washington office.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, passionate about building great software products, and has an intrinsic curiosity to understand technological tools and frameworks. You will be working in collaboration with product management, design, internal and external development teams, and 3rd party partners.

You will be participating in the full product life cycle, from conception and architecture to customer interaction, and everything in between.

  • Lead and participate in the design, development, and implementation of next generation mobile software for wireless in-ear products for iOS and Android.

  • You will be expected to create innovative architecture and ideas, planning, time estimates and write clean, high-performance code.


  • You will conduct and participate in technical and design reviews of the system and interface requirements, providing appropriate feedback and offering recommendations.


  • You will interface with various 3rd party vendors to determine if various functionalities can and should be integrated to improve our software platform over time


  • You will assist in design and implementation of analytic algorithms utilizing data collected from user interaction with both software and hardware products.



Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:


  • 6+ years of mobile software engineering experience


  • Strong experience with C++, Java, Python


  • Experience with Swift, Kotlin, Objective C a major plus


  • Experience developing mobile applications for Android or iOS


  • Experience developing and using machine learning algorithms and models


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Experience with software for use with hardware products


  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills


  • Knowledge of software design methodologies and best-practices
