BASIC PURPOSE:

The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the Division President of CCL. The VP is responsible for overall strategic objectives and operational plans for CCL brand. The VP of Operations will provide ongoing leadership, implementation and tracking of physician and APP placements in collaboration with President and VP's. Must be able to formulate and implement strategic plans, and ensure attainment of annual operating goals/objectives. Will work directly with the President to review all processes and streamline operations to improve efficiency. Will work with VP of Sales and Recruiting to define and assist in the execution of Account Executive and Recruitment development to optimize their ability to hit growth targets.

This is a senior leadership role that requires experience guiding and motivating other leaders to be successful in their respective service lines. The VP of Operations will develop goals, benchmarks and metrics for successful execution of the company's operational and strategic plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company's strategic direction for business development.

  • Drive profitable growth by increasing top line revenue, gross margin and contribution income.

  • Assume accountability for managing costs to ensure division is contributing according to budgeted expenses.

  • Develop and refine performance metrics that measure successful execution of company initiatives


  • Align division goals with CCH overall goal to ensure maximum ROI. Leverage existing operating platform to grow service lines with minimal incremental cost by developing and improving current processes between sales, recruiting and onboarding teams. Regularly review and update processes as needed.


  • Work with leadership to determine manage existing staff accountability and, proper staffing levels to maintain growth

  • Work with leadership and Enterprise sales leadership to assess the market, develop new programs, strengthen existing programs, build affiliations and strengthen internal operations.
