Over 20 years ago, Stride was founded to provide personalized learning — powered by technology. We reached students where they were in their own journeys. We knocked down their barriers to great education. And we gave every learner equal opportunity to succeed — however they defined success. Stride innovated the learning experience with online and blended learning that prepared them for their lives ahead.
Stride is a community of passionate leaders. Whether teachers, engineers, curriculum writers, or financial managers — whatever your expertise or role, we all work to empower futures through learning. And changing the trajectory of learning itself is one of our greatest missions. Join us in developing more effective ways to learn and helping learners build the skills and confidence they need to make their way forward in life.
As the Director of Customer Innovation, you will create new programs and services that will enhance the value proposition of Stride’s General Education and Career Learning business lines, and make them more attractive to prospective students and their parents, thus supporting Stride’s strategic growth and revenue goals.
You’ll be part of a team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that strives to continually test new approaches to improve performance. Reporting to the VP, Career Learning, you will use your expertise of launching new products to analyze and assess market needs and develop new services/features/products that can create significant new revenue streams for Stride. You will also be responsible for creating marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of these features, lead the execution of programs through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, and report on outcomes. Our diverse team values your contributions, thrives on collaboration, and celebrates successes together.
The Director of Customer Innovation will be responsible for understanding the online education space and identifying opportunities for Stride to gain additional market share. You’ll use your experience of launching new products to manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to pilot to launch. You’ll deploy consumer research to deepen your understanding of customer needs and develop programs and campaigns to attract more parents to Stride. This is a new role and a new area of focus for Stride, and thus you will have many opportunities to innovate.
